The AMCA have 8 racing groups for members to race in:

- Inter Juniors
- MX2 Juniors Under 18
- MX2 Juniors Over 18
- MX1 Juniors
- MX2 Seniors
- MX1 Seniors
- MX2 Experts
- MX1 Experts

MX2 denotes bike sizes of 125cc 2 stroke/ 250cc 4 stroke.
MX1 denotes bike sizes of 250cc 2 stroke/ 450cc 4 stroke.
